Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are packed and dispatched once per week.

• Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week.

• During busy periods or fundraising events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• NSW & Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Interstate: 3–7 business days

• Regional / Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or returned items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

• If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

• We cannot issue refunds for parcels delayed by the courier.

Click & Collect (If Applicable)

• Click & Collect orders are processed with our weekly packing schedule.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

• Orders must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.

Our shop operates as a fundraiser for the club. We appreciate your patience with processing times and thank you for supporting our community.
